Small Bread Clicker update

- Fixed some stuff lol

- Option to make posters to gain a few fans

- Changed loading colour to match the game page's theme

- Added ingredients system where every time you make bread, you lose ingredients. Without ingredients, you can't make bread

- Option to buy 10 ingredients at a time
