Nodes is slowly becoming a really big game, lol

It's been a while, so here's a big update! It adds:

- Hover your mouse over an enemy to read info about them

- Option to enable enemy dialogue in settings

- Added status effects for Ben and Player (Slowness, Poison, Luck, Spooked)

- Added Shops instead of dialogue options to buy things

- Added weapons and armour for both characters

- Can sell inventory items now

- Inventory items save to localstorage

- New charm, Pure (Revives all allies)

- Added a map for dirtville/ironbridge and Iceland

- Reworked the unused hospital into an arcade

- Added Samuel (Boss)

- Added Bentucious (Boss)

- Bruhburgers and Golden bruhburgers are now obtainable

- Fireflies now drop Light Candy

- Windows, MacOS, Linux release available
